Confidential GPU — Intel TDX Performance

Live Intel TDX prices per GPU (1 GPU). Azure Confidential Computing prices from public on-demand NCC-series pricing. Same hardware security model (Intel TDX + AES-256 memory encryption + Protected PCIe), priced below the hyperscalers.

TEE Inference — Latency & Cost

Price per 1M tokens. VoltageGPU TEE models run inside Intel TDX enclaves — prompts and outputs are invisible to the host operator. OpenAI and Anthropic do not offer confidential inference, so the only apples-to-apples comparison is Azure OpenAI in Confidential mode.

Note: OpenAI and Anthropic do not run inference inside hardware enclaves. Their endpoints expose prompts and outputs to the provider — that is precisely why regulated industries cannot use them for confidential documents.

Intel TDX — Hardware Architecture

Intel TDX (Trust Domain Extensions) creates hardware-isolated enclaves where even the cloud operator cannot read memory, prompts, or model weights. CPU-fused keys encrypt DRAM, Protected PCIe encrypts the GPU channel, and on-chain attestation proves the enclave integrity before any key material is released.

H200 141GB — Intel TDX Confidential Compute

Full hardware-level encryption via Intel TDX. AES-256 DRAM encryption with CPU-fused keys, NVIDIA Protected PCIe on the CPU-to-GPU path, LUKS full-disk encryption released only after TD Quote attestation. Zero data retention on enclave termination.

Compliance at a Glance

Intel TDX enclaves satisfy the technical safeguards required by six major regulatory frameworks. DPA available on request.

GDPR Article 28

Processor obligations. Hardware attestation proves data minimization. CPU-fused keys prevent unauthorized access, including by the cloud operator.

HIPAA Technical Safeguards

§ 164.312 access control, audit controls, integrity, and transmission security. PHI stays inside Intel TDX enclaves end-to-end.

SOC 2 Type II

Security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, privacy. TDX attestation provides cryptographic proof of integrity controls.

DORA

EU Digital Operational Resilience Act. Third-party risk management for financial institutions. Hardware isolation = verifiable operational resilience.

NIS2 Directive

EU cybersecurity directive for essential entities. Supply-chain and hardware-level security controls with attested enclaves.

French CNIL

CNIL guidance on cloud AI. Hardware isolation and EU data residency (Solaize, France) — professional secrecy preserved.
